I specialize in natural hair care, Silk Presses, Sew-Ins, Quick Weaves, Ponytails, and soft glam makeup. My goal is to help you maintain the health of your real hair while enjoying beautiful, long-lasting styles. Every appointment begins with a relaxing cleanse and conditioning service — no need to pre-wash. Simply arrive detangled, taken down, and ready to begin, and I’ll handle the rest. My private suite is a relaxing, one-on-one environment. To protect the vibe and ensure every guest receives a luxury experience, no extra guests are allowed unless they are also being serviced. Deposits transfer only if you reschedule within 14 days of your original appointment date. After 14 days, a new deposit is required. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. If rescheduled, the deposit follows the 14-day policy above. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Less than 48 hours’ notice = deposit forfeited • No-shows may be blocked from future booking and must pay in full next time ⸻ ⏳ Booking the Correct Service Please book every service you need. If you are unsure, text or call me BEFORE booking. If the wrong service is booked and there is not enough time to complete it, the appointment will be rescheduled, and the deposit will follow the 14-day transfer policy. Same-day add-ons are not guaranteed. ⸻ 🧼 DETANGLING + HAIR PREP POLICY To protect everyone’s time and keep the schedule running smoothly, all clients must arrive: ✅ Fully detangled ✅ Taken down from all previous styles ✅ Free of matting, buildup, or glue ✅ Ready to begin at their service start time I follow a 3-Tier Detangling System: Tier 1 — Complimentary (0–10 minutes): Included Tier 2 — Regular Detangling (up to 45 minutes): Upgrade & fee apply Tier 3 — Extreme Detangling (2+ hours): Must be booked on a separate day 👉🏾 If detangling is needed and I do not have time, the appointment will be rescheduled — no exceptions. I do not cut into the next client’s time block under any circumstances. ⸻ 💁🏾‍♀️ CONTENT, SELFIE & RECORDING POLICY I love capturing my work and celebrating my beautiful clients. Wigs must be washed, dry, detangled, and glue-free before drop-off or installation. ⸻ 🏠 HOUSE CALLS Available for approved clients.
