This About section is your home for appointment preparation, extension-hair requirements, lace and hair drop-off instructions, salon expectations, and important policies. When a service description directs you to the About section, please review the information that applies to your appointment before booking. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, what hair to purchase, or whether your desired look can be achieved with the hair you currently have, please book an In-Person or Virtual Consultation. Service-selection and personalized hair guidance are handled through consultations rather than phone calls, text messages, or social media DMs so I can give you the proper time and attention without interrupting another guest’s appointment. ✨ EXTENSION HAIR + WHAT TO BRING Extension hair is not included unless your selected service specifically states otherwise. The hair you provide directly affects the fullness, movement, blend, longevity, and finished result of your style. Please arrive with the correct hair type, quantity, length, texture, and color required for your selected service. CRB hair recommendations are intentional. Certain brands and hair types consistently produce better results and allow me to create the polished finish you see in my work. Previously used extension hair must arrive clean, completely dry, detangled, and installation-ready unless extension-hair preparation has been booked separately. 🤎 QUICKWEAVE HAIR REQUIREMENTS For all Quickweave services, please purchase one of the following approved pack-hair brands: ✨ Sensual ✨ Visso ✨ Empire For most Quickweave styles, please bring 3–4 packs, depending on your desired length, fullness, and finished style. For Bob Quickweaves: Please bring 2 packs only in 12-inch or 14-inch lengths. The hair will be cut and shaped into your desired bob during your appointment. For layered Quickweaves: Purchase all hair in the same length. This provides the density needed to create full, intentional layers without leaving the finished style thin through the ends. Please arrive with the correct approved brand, quantity, length, texture, and color for your desired style. If you are unsure what to purchase, please book an In-Person or Virtual Consultation before purchasing your hair. 🤎 SEW-IN + BUNDLE REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 3 bundles is recommended for most full Sew-In installations. For lengths 22 inches and longer, 4 bundles are recommended to create a fuller finished result. For heavily layered styles, purchasing bundles in the same length is recommended whenever possible. This provides enough density throughout the hair to create intentional layers and shape without sacrificing fullness through the ends. Please make sure your bundles are appropriate for the texture and finished look you are requesting. Previously worn bundles may be reused when they are still in good condition and suitable for your selected installation. They must arrive clean, completely dry, detangled, and installation-ready. 🤎 CLIP-IN INSTALL GUIDELINES Clip-In services are designed to add fullness, length, and versatility while keeping the natural hair properly prepared underneath. Classic Clip-In Install: Clip-ins are strategically placed and blended into the natural hair for a seamless, natural-looking finish. Braided Clip-In Install: The natural hair is braided and covered with a protective net, creating a secure foundation for the clip-ins to attach to. This method helps reduce direct tension on the natural hair while providing additional security, comfort, and extended wear. 2x6 Closure + Clip-In Install: A 2x6 closure is incorporated to minimize exposed natural hair while creating a polished, blended finish. All CRB lace customization and 7-day drop-off requirements apply. Previously worn clip-ins must arrive clean, completely dry, detangled, and ready for installation. If you are unsure which Clip-In method is best suited for your hair or desired result, please book an In-Person or Virtual Consultation before scheduling. 🤎 CLOSURES, FRONTALS + WIGS For applicable Closure Quickweaves and Closure Sew-Ins, please provide a quality 4x4 or 5x5 closure. A 5x5 closure is recommended for side-part styles because the additional lace provides more flexibility for placement and styling. Please avoid low-quality beauty-supply-store closures. Lace quality directly affects customization, blending, longevity, and the overall finished result. CRB accepts new wigs and wigs previously customized by Chassidy Rachelle Beauty. Previously worn wigs that were customized, significantly altered, or installed by another provider may require a Consultation before they are accepted for service. If you are unsure whether your closure, frontal, wig, or extension hair is appropriate for your desired service, please schedule a consultation before purchasing additional hair or booking the installation. 🎨 EXTENSION COLOR + HAIR DROP-OFF Extension hair requiring Jet Black coloring or other advance color preparation must be dropped off prior to your appointment. Advance drop-off provides enough time for the hair to be professionally processed, cleansed, conditioned, completely dried, and prepared before your installation. Please do not bring extension hair requiring advance color preparation on the day of your appointment unless same-day preparation has been approved in advance. Additional color and preparation fees apply where applicable. ⏰ LACE CUSTOMIZATION + 7-DAY DROP-OFF Closures, frontals, and applicable wigs requiring customization must be dropped off at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment. This gives me adequate time to properly prepare your lace outside of your scheduled service so your installation appointment can remain focused on your hair and finished style. Depending on the unit and desired result, preparation may include knot preparation, plucking, tinting, cleansing, drying, and additional customization. Booking your appointment less than 7 days in advance does not automatically waive the drop-off requirement. PRIORITY / SAME-DAY LACE CUSTOMIZATION If your lace is brought on the day of your appointment and still requires customization, a Priority/Same-Day Lace Customization fee and additional service time will be required. Same-day customization is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If there is not enough time available to properly prepare your lace and complete your scheduled service without affecting another guest’s appointment, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled. Advance drop-off is always recommended. 🔄 REINSTALLS + RETURNING CLIENT MAINTENANCE Maintenance services are primarily reserved for work originally completed by Chassidy Rachelle Beauty. This allows me to confidently maintain the integrity of your installation and care for your natural hair because I am familiar with how the original service was performed. If your current installation was completed by another stylist, please book a Consultation before scheduling maintenance. Approval to work over another provider’s installation is not guaranteed. Previously worn bundles, wigs, or clip-ins may be reused for eligible appointments as long as they arrive: ✨ Clean ✨ Completely dry ✨ Detangled ✨ Free of excessive product buildup ✨ Ready for installation Previously cut bundles are acceptable as long as they remain suitable for your selected installation. Hair that arrives wet, dirty, excessively tangled, or otherwise unprepared may require additional preparation and fees or may require your appointment to be rescheduled if adequate time is unavailable. 💕 APPOINTMENT PREPARATION Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service. Your appointment time is intentionally reserved to allow me to properly cleanse, treat, prepare, install, and style your hair without rushing the process. Unless your service description states otherwise, you do not need to shampoo your natural hair before arriving. Cleansing and preparation are part of your CRB hair experience. Natural hair should be free of excessive tangling, matting, adhesives, or previous installations unless the appropriate takedown or detangling service has been scheduled. Please book everything you expect to receive during your appointment. Takedowns, excessive detangling, significant cutting, additional styling, extension preparation, lace customization, color services, or other unbooked work require additional time and may not be accommodated on the day of your appointment. 🤎 SERVICE CHANGES + ADD-ONS Your appointment time is based on the service, option, and applicable add-ons selected when you book. Services requiring additional hair, intricate styling, layers, crimps, specialty curls, takedowns, extension preparation, lace work, or other additional labor may require additional time and fees. If you decide you want something different after booking, please update your appointment in advance whenever possible. Day-of changes and additions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 📖 BOOKING + SALON POLICIES Please review all policies presented during the booking and checkout process before submitting your appointment. Late arrival reduces the amount of time available for your scheduled service. Depending on the amount of time remaining, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled. Deposits/reservation fees, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, and other appointment policies are governed by the terms presented and accepted during booking. Repeated lateness, cancellations, no-shows, chargebacks, or disregard for salon policies may result in future booking privileges being declined. VIP Booking is available for select dates and times based on availability and requires an additional fee. VIP booking provides access to select appointment times outside of standard availability. Cancellation Policy

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. For late rescheduling/cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance amount. Appointments can only be rescheduled once per deposit. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
